WORKSHOPS
Discovering Natural Forms with a Large-Format Camera
In this workshop, you’ll explore natural forms—such as fruits, flowers, and seashells—by working with a large-format camera using 4×5-inch sheet film. You’ll learn how to purposefully use light and composition in the tradition of famous photography pioneers, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your photos on-site during the optional second module.
Creative Photobooth
In this workshop, we’ll turn the iconic photo booth into our stage and mini-studio. You’ll learn how to use the machine’s strict limitations—the harsh flash, the fixed focus, and the confined space—to create far more than just traditional passport photos.
This workshop will be led by Ellen O'Connell in English.
